Users who cannot verify their eligibility may have their accounts suspended and balances withheld pending investigation. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any funds in such an account will be forfeited in their entirety, and deposits may be reversed to the originating payment method subject to verification.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account at 22niceph. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly when changes occur.
22niceph applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts prior to the processing of first withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, PhilHealth Card, Driver's License, Postal ID, and Philippine National ID. 22niceph may request additional documentation including proof of address or source-of-funds declarations for accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes or as required by applicable regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. 22niceph will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be treated as authorized by You. You must notify 22niceph's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Never share your 22niceph login credentials with third parties. 22niceph customer support staff are not authorized to request your password and will never do so. Sharing credentials for any reason voids 22niceph's liability for resulting unauthorized transactions.

Bonuses credited to your 22niceph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotional page for that offer. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x requirement on a ₱500 bonus requires ₱5,000 in eligible wagering before withdrawal is permitted).
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement fulfillment. Live baccarat, roulette, sic bo, and other table games with house edges below 2% typically contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). Slot games generally contribute at 100%.
